Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef sirloin or tenderloin, thinly sliced into strips

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms (such as cremini or button), sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional, for extra richness)
